WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We currently deliver to all postal codes within the UK. For queries outside of the UK please contact us.

WHEN AND HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BULBS?

Bulb packages are picked and despatched four times per year. We will let you know the despatch date a week in advance. Small packages are sent out by Royal Mail Standard Post and we aim for delivery between 2-3 working days from despatch. Large packages will be sent via a tracked service with Royal Mail. When your order has been despatched you will receive an email notification with the reference number of your parcel so that you may track the status.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?

Your bulbs can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please inform us of your preference by contacting us.

WHAT IF I AM DUE TO BE AWAY WHEN A PACKAGE IS DUE?

Please advise us if you know you will be away when a delivery is due.If you will return within 2 weeks, we will arrange for the bulbs to be sent out on your return. If the period is longer, we may miss out that delivery and extend your subscription.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery is complimentary for all national UK addresses.  We are unable to deliver outside of the UK.

WHEN ARE DELIVERIES SENT?

Bulbs will be sent out four times annually during the following months:

  • March (orders must be received by 1st February)

  • June (orders must be received by 1st May)

  • September (orders must be received by 1st August)

  • November (orders must be received by 1st October)

WILL I KNOW IN ADVANCE WHAT PLANTS I AM GETTING?

Each package of bulbs is carefully chosen for your garden and curated by Jo Thompson. Jo will select the very best varieties that surprise and delight every time. We want every package to be a wonderful surprise.

HOW MANY BULBS WILL BE IN EACH PACKAGE?

The number of bulbs will vary due to the size of the package, the season and the type of bulb. An indication of coverage is given by each package description.

HOW ARE MY BULBS PACKAGED?

Your bulbs will be well protected and all our packaging is environmentally friendly.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PLANT THE BULBS WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THEM?

Bulbs are despatched at the best time for planting so they should be planted as soon as you receive them, following the planting instructions provided. The plants may be left in their packaging for a few days but should be stored in a cool, dry place.

CAN I GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

Yes, just enter the delivery relevant address for the recipient of the gift.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express, as well as PayPal.

WHAT IF THE BULBS ARE DAMAGED OR I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY?

We hand pick bulbs for our packages to ensure excellent quality but if you are unhappy with the condition of your bulbs when you receive them, please contact us.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION??

To cancel your subscription please contact us. You can cancel a subscription at any time by giving no less than 28 days’ notice before a nominated delivery month (delivery months being: March, June, September, November). Provided you have given us the specified notice, the cancellation will take effect without charge. In such circumstances, we will issue a refund for the remainder of the subscription. Where notice is received after that time, please note you will still receive and be charged for your next delivery.

MAY I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

Absolutely.  Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
